How to grow indoors.

Welcome to the forum! There is loads of good info posted here that you should take a look at. There is a thread going right now about keeping an ornamental inside.. Similar rules would apply. Unless you have some sweet high output grow lights its going to be tough getting much out of your plants. Hot peppers LOVE and need lots of sunshine to grow to their potential. Just don't expect to have plants that put out a lot of peppers... Unless u got those... Metal halide lights or something that's gonna cost a lot....and raise you power bill a lot and make people a little suspicious about what your growing in there.

Hopefully that bedroom faces south and has great big windows.

You will find most of the answers your looking for aready covered somewhere if you use the search feature just be specific and don't use alot of unnecessary words in the search.

The chileman from the People's Republic of New England is being funny, but he's absolutely right. In order to grow productive peppers indoors, you need to do the same thing as it takes to grow good weed.

Peppers need lots of light to do their thing. Sunlight is free, but sun-light levels indoors is not. Likewise much of the soil and nutrient requirements is the same as the evil weed.

But if you do it right, you can have a very nice - and legal - crop.

If you need indoor growing items try Craigslist under farm+garden failed growers sell items cheap or parents who's kids decide to grow in their room will almost give it away. Anyone looking for lights check out the MarsHydro brand LED from China on eBay I am trying a 300 Watt reflector series its drawing just over 190 watts and it seems to compare with my 400 watt HID that draws close to 500 watts power. The light is in plant spectrum and its purple to us but the plants seem to like it.
