It looks like it to me. Should be sending out roots next.

I would suggest next time to either scratch the bottom of the canes with a pick or razor or shave a couple of small strips about the bottom one inch of cane so it will callous and root from the sides as well. The folks at the extension service here say to bruise the bottom of the cane( hit it with something to sort of squash the cane end),looks good to me either way.
