My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Looking for OGR/Austin Rose Cuttings

I would love to start some old garden/Austin Roses. I have tons of falstaff cuttings I could trade. I am looking for ones that would do well in coastal zone 8/9.
