L&P is under patent and legally cuttings can't be traded until 2021. Seeds from L&P (and I've not seen mine set hips so no seeds) would not produce a L&P plant as it is a hybrid and seeds of hybrids do not guarantee that you will get the same rose, more than likely you won't.
