I READ IN A FORUM ABOUT MINI ROSES THAT ARE USED AS A GROUND COVER,, THIS PERSON ALSO SAID THAT THIS ROSES WILL BLOOM FROM SUMMER UNTIL FROST, THAT HIS WAS NAMED "ROSE CASCADE".

I AM GOING TO START TO PLANT ROSES THIS SUMMER FOR THE FIRST TIME, SO I AM NEW ON THIS. ANY BODY HAS EXPERIENCE GROWING THIS TYPE OF ROSES?

I A VERY INTERESTED.

DOES ANYONE KNOW WHERE WOULD BE THE MOST ECONOMICAL PLACE WHERE TO BUY THEM?

The name of the rose is Red Cascade, you may want to ask about that specific rose and how it will do in your area (mention your state and general location in your post).
