That pod really looks like the Giant White hab or even 7-pot white. Those are that off white color.

What about heat or flavor?

Both are great. Keep the seeds. Even if it is a hybrid, it is still a nice pod.

Color completely changed over to milky white. Now time for some indepth research on White Congos.
