I am a beginner at rose rooting but I can tell you this from my limited experience: just because you have leaves doesn't mean you have roots :-)

I had lots of leaves and was so pleased with my self but when I went to pot them up in separate pots uh-oh-no roots. So I tried again, rooting powder, rooting solution and misted them as much as possible. In another 2 weeks I had roots. Some people get roots without using anything except Mother Nature. Whatever works for you.

To see if you have roots you'll have to take a trowel and dig up one and shake dirt gently off to see. Good luck.
