This orange pepper appeared in my garden last year. I find it attractive and would like to swap its seeds, but I can't seem to identify it from the list of seeds I have in inventory. Maybe it is a named variety, but I guess there is a chance that it is a cross. I am wondering if it might be a cross based on a few of the peppers that are malformed, is this more likely with crosses? In any case, the pepper is shown with a Fresno, which is the best match in my garden. I am wondering if the mystery pepper might be a cross between Bulgarian Carrot and the Fresno, or maybe I just forgot what I planted. Guesses to the variety would be appreciated.
