I have the same problem, so I have been putting them in anything I can find. My favority type of food is Mexican, and you can add peppers to most Mexican recipes.

Here is a very simple, very hot, very fattening, breakfast burrito recipe:

1. Cook 5 peices of bacon, save grease
2. cook some ground Jimmy Dean breakfast sausage

3. Cut some potatoes and onions in small 1/4" cubes, Fry in bacon grease with 1 roasted Hab minced, 1 roasted Jal. minced(I roast the peppers on grill for 15 minutes first)

4. Make some scrambled eggs, I make cheesy-eggs.

5. Throw on burrito with some sour-cream and guacamole*

GUACAMOLE:
2 avacados
1 peice of bacon, crumbled
1 Tbl minced onion
1 Tbl lime or lemon juice
1/4 Cup chopped tomato
1 roasted and minced Habenero
dash of salt and pepper

Another favorite: cheese stuffed Habenero bacon burgers, recipe stolen from one of my favorite cooks, Paula Deen.

ingredients:
2 pounds ground beef
1 whole package of bacon
1 Tbl liquid smoke
salt/pepper
pepper-jack cheese(slices)

1. Cook all the bacon, crumble into ground beef, add liquid smoke and 1 minced Hab.

2. Make 12 patties(they will be combined to make 6 burgers)

3. Cut cheese slice into 4 even squares and stack them on top of each other.

4. Put cheese in middle of one patty, then put another patty on top, pinch sides, repeat until you have 6 burgers.

5. Cook unitl done, make sure to let it cool a little, nothing worse than biting into a burger filled with hot burning cheese.
