I have made the difficult decision to not try any hybridyzing this year. Instead, this is going to have to be a season of healing due to the late Big Easter Freeze and some early fungal issues, and finally lots of black cane dieback for whatever reasons. I have had to prune so many to the ground and not to mention the 30+ that I had that just out and out died.

I will do some cuttings and and any OP hips I get, but I definitely won't do any intentional crosses this year.

Anyone else coming to that conclusion???
