I took cuttings last July and got about 75% success with them
I don't use rooting hormone, just stick them in coir and keep them damp.

Thanks. I'll try that and see if it works. Even though I kept the soil on the dry side and kept them inside, it looked like they rotted.

Do you keep yours outside? I'm in southern Louisiana and the temps are in the high 90's, low 100's.

Do you remember if the ones that rotted were old, brown cane or new, green cane?
