Moving roses - how long before I see growth

I moved my roses to our new home at the end of May. All plants are mature and were thriving when we moved. I pruned them back and watered them daily for the first three weeks. My question is, how long before I know they are going to make it? Several of them have leaves sprouting, but several are still leaf-less.

Ooh, I'm no expert, but I moved a bunch of roses in April, and planted a bunch of bare root roses at the same time. The ones that I moved grew leaves in 1-2 weeks, got buds in a month, and produced roses, on about the same schedule as the bare root roses. Right now, the "moved" roses are really looking just like the bare root roses - 2-3 feet tall, and producing roses pretty regularly.

It is nearly two months after I asked this question and all but two roses survived. Some grew new leaves and have already bloomed several times. Some have grown new branches from below the bud union; I'm interested in seeing what comes from that growth.

Lesson learned; don't give up on your roses. They are truly one of the hardiest flowers I have ever raised!
