no doubt, i've found i can get a good bit more for my superhots on that forum than i can from restaurants or the farmer's market...

Freeze them. They freeze well without blanching. Make some hot sauces.

Wow, old thread, but just want to mention one of the best uses of ghost peppers. Like Bloody Caesars? Instead of Tabasco sauce, slice very thin rings of Bhut and mix them in. Adds a nice kick to the almighty Caesar!

I like to throw a whole bunch of those cut up bhut's in the jar of my pickled hard boiled eggs.
