mcilhenney had a crop failure in the 1800s and from that time on they have not been dependant upon the avery island fields.

most of their crop comes from costa rica

my dislike for tabasco sauce is what got me growing my own chiles in the first place. i wanted hot sauce without vinegar.

I used one cup Rice Vinigar, 4 Tbs of crushed garlic, and aboot 40 Tabasco peppers..... cooked at low temp and then blended together. YUMMMY and it doesn't have that vinigar taste....

Sorry you guys missed the humor

Roe v Wade to get out to the Island

I should have responded. Thought it was very clever.

John

I got a giggle out of it. Knew it was tongue in cheek. ;o)

Well, it's funny but already been used several weeks ago by a professional comedian (I think I saw it on the Daily Show) something along the lines of "when asked, Bush thought Roe v Wade were the two options available for Katrina victims to evacuate New Orleans."

It was used about 5 years ago.

A fifth year freshman at UC Berkely was asked where the decision was first.

She said "Thats when George Washington had to cross the Potomic"

Once I know the new bridge is finished I will just take some extra tostada chips along. I know I know I am no fun...lol.
