I think there were grown near the Springfield nuke plant, possibly by Mr. Burns' three-eyed gardener.

Evidence: "chillies" is obviously spelled to make you think the package contains chiles - spelled several different ways, but not like that.

Evidence: The sickly radioactive color of the first pic.

Evidence: None of the pics correspond to the listed ingredients. But what does a Bird's Eye "Chillie" look like?

I wouldn't eat them.
