Could be a number of things. Insect damage would be my first guess. Mites to be specific. They will cause leaf curl and stunt growth. Indoor gardens gave no natural predators. Pics would help.

What light set up are you using? Do yo have a fan really close? It looks a lot like sunburn/windburn. If you are just using T5's, then that shouldn't be it, bu with HPS or other HID's, that curling can readily happen when the light is to close. Also, if there is a strong source of wind current (most people with HPS/HID use a fan to help keep the area cool between plants and light, then the fan can easily increase the rate of transpiration of water off the leaves and cause curling. A few other things to check would be the EC and pH. Rockwool cubes are notorious for being extremely alkaline, did you soak your cubes in vinegar (or pH down) for a couple of hours before using? You very well could have a nutrient lockout from improper ph.

I will say that it doesnt look at all like nutrient burn or a bug problem. I would start with Temp, air circulation, then ph (Orchid nutes are known to be acidic, as they thrive in acidic conditions), then nutrient deficiency (google nutrient deficiency in hot peppers causing leaf curling to find the exact one you are missing..probably a metal of some sort).

I would be able to help a lot more if I knew your set up, pH and EC/TD/ppm.
