I saw this plant on Annie's Annuals and Perennials (in California) and found the pictures intriguing. Does anyone have any information on it (size, growth habit, ease of cultivation, etc.)? Is it worth growing? I'm trying to persuade my mom to let me pull out one of her oleanders (not my favorite plant) and replace it with one. That is, if it lives up to Annie's endorsement--she says it's her favorite new plant of 2008.
