serrano

Hello All and Merry Christmas!

I'm doing serrano peppers indoors under HID lighting along w/ other vegies. All is going well but today I noticed that some of the leaves are a bit brittle and turning brown in spots....

My concern is heightened because some of the leaves are in the middle of the plant, not confined to the bottom...

The plant looks very healthy otherwise and is growing nicely under 18 hours a day of halide light. It's in a rather small pot for it's size, approx. 10" tall, I know it's about time to re-pot but I don't think this would cause this? It's in good well drained soil w/ average temps between 67-78...I also keep an oscillating fan going for air movement. All my other vegies are showing no ill effects at all...In fact are thriving!

I use organic liqid ferts. Do peppers require alot of nutes?

Ya know growing outdoors in a garden just seems so much easier...You don't have this confines environment...

Any help or advice will be appreciated...

Thank you......

Growing these outside in summer I've never had this happen....

Could they be getting too much light?
