Hello,

A few months ago, I got some SA succulent Pelargoniums and Sarcocaulons. Can any of you tell me which of these are summer and which are winter growers. And when should I slow the watering or does the plant tell me by dropping leaves? Any other information on how to grow them would be appreciated. I do have them in a very gravely soil mix in small pots. I have shelves on my back deck (S. exposure) with a 40 shade cloth over it where they could go and the day-high temperature in summer will be around 90F (32-33C). Will this trigger dormancy in the winter growers? I also have a patio greenhouse in which the day-high temps get to mid-90's (35-36C). It has polycarbonate covering (open front and vent) and a shade cloth as well. Currently they are in a sunroom with day-high temps around 85 (29C). My location is in my previous post.
