My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
What color should true 'tutti frutti' be? Most images I see show a pink color, but one of the mail-order places I'm considering buying it from(Sweet Nectar Nursery) describes it as fuchsia/red-purple. Their photo is noticeably purple/lavender compared to the pink ones hummersteve got from Bluestone. It's too bad Bluestone only sells groups of three plants because I only want one.
Agastache tutti frutti is an introduction of Richard's and the following may be closer to what he is describing. I believe it is from his stock. You may want to contact him at world of salvia if it is the true color you are seaching for.
