My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
I've noticed the high prices for Sans variegates on eBay. I suspect that means the genera is starting to acquire more adherants (like myself) who are willing to pay big bucks. The plants I got at Grigsby's were probably more than I should have paid until I was sure, I wouldn't kill them. Ah well, they say the object of life is to die broke and I'm thinking that might not be a bad philosophy.
This plant is very slow, and notorious for reverting to all, or mostly green over time. I and my brother have both had one that eventually reverted, and cutting the green offset clear back to the rhizome did not help to get a variegated offset. Beautiful specimen, good luck with it. Russ
