What a beautiful plant . . . looks like it is made of wax its so perfect. I am jealous. Is that fruit I see on that infloresence? Tell us how you do it?

Sue, I just picked one up today. My, mine doesn't look anything like yours, outside of basic leaves (Yep, got 'em) and ...'texture'? Anyhow, I am showing pics of yours around as family photos and 'What you should look like when you grow up' incentive.

How are the seeds doing? Did you plant them? What news, eh?

Here's an update, these photos are from 2 weeks ago or so. I haven't done anything with the seeds, will the pods turn red?

The pups are growing well. Love this plant!

Very nice plant it gives a very strong image.

I like the close-up fotos much.
Sometimes sitting at home watching my close-ups I see more than having the plant in front of me.
Like you I like to make fotos every week or 2 weeks of new events like a incoming new plants and there rootingperiod, new shoots, floweringprocess, ripening of fruits etc.

Keep on sending details.

These berries will turn red and the pulp becomes soft. Then you can harvest, clean and plant. Each berry has one or maybe two big seeds. I have germinated them under lights and they grow well but slooooowly, going through interesting juvenile stages before eventually becoming a mature plant. Some of my sans will make berries on their own--conspicua and patens. I have ehrenbergii putting out a huge branched inflorescence right now. One year I did get some seeds and have a few small plants from that.
