I have areas in my yard where we have put down new (dormant) sod. I am about to apply Scotts Halts pre-emergent since we just finished dethatching.

Is it ok to apply to recently laid sod? The bag says not to apply to newly seeded grass or sprigged areas. It says nothing about sod, so I assume that it is ok.

If anyone else has advice on their experience with this topic, I would be most grateful.
