My Black and Blue salvia is coming back in clump form. This may not surprise many people, until you realize that we had a winter with -16 degree weather. I really wasn't expecting to see it survive, I almost yanked it out last fall, not sure why I didn't. I should be quite an impressive clump this year. I cannot believe this is a normal occurrance. We did have a foot of snow during the cold spells. This must be a tough plant.?
