I would think your cold weather in not over yet.We are still having cold weather down in here I can only imagine
what is still going on up North. So definitely wait.After
the first set of blooms prune right below them. Remove any dead wood so the plant can use that space for new branches
to grow into and open the interior for sunlight.I undestand
that culinary type sages are short lived anyway so you will
replace it every 4 years or so.
