I need help with a 3 year old Mandevilla that refuses to bloom. Was beautiful the first year with full blooms, grew to over 15 ft.,last year it grew up into a dogwood tree,but no blooms. This year it is just sitting there, alive but not much growth and no blooms. I always prune it back in the winter and fertilize during the summer. Any suggestions.
