Did you inspect the root system before planting? Roots should be white or off-white for new roots, or tan to medium brown for mature ones. If the root ball is dark and the roots can hardly be discerned from the medium (and especially if it has a rotting vegetative scent), it is gone.

No I didn't look that close at the roots but I don't think they were real dark.. and all I smelled was the rich soil that it was planted in..

Checked on it this morning and the outer edges of it are still flopping...

I had to look up Bloom Buster - it's Miracle Grow 10-50-10. That seems very strong for a transplanting fertilizer. In general, if a plant is already stressed by the transplant, you want to avoid stressing it from overfertilization. I really prefer slower release fertilizers dispersed in the soil around the transplanted plant and no soluble fertilizers for the first two weeks or so.

Another option is prunning it back by a 1/3. These plants
coming fresh out of greenhouses don't get any wind. the
base of the plant can be to small to support all the top
growth it has put on in the controlled conditions in a greenhouse. I have the same problem with Salvias here
too. Prunning back helps it to reduce transplant shock
and encouranges lower branching. I know it can be hard to
do this but a little short term loss can lead to stronger
plants later.
