question of saving tomato seed

I had to harvest my heirloom paste tomatoes while still green when I started to see some indication of late blight. I've been using them for green tomato chow, relish, etc. But some of them are ripening quite fast. Will the seed from these indoor ripened tomatoes still be viable?
