I'm looking for a speaker to come do a talk for our local home and market gardeners on seed saving. I'd like both historical and practical aspects. We are located in Vinalhaven Maine and would entail riding out 1.5 hours each way on a ferry. We are not funded in any way but could probably come up with some donation $ to pay for your ticket and minimal compensation. If you are a master gardener, this would be a great way to earn some volunteer hours. If you need more compensation, I can look for a grant of some kind.
