I think some of them will! Maybe not the poppy. Check out the winter sowing forum, they might know. Perhaps they should have been in soil to make it through, but maybe not. It is always worth trying. Maybe use half of them now and winter sow them, and then sow the other half as you normally would in the Spring

They are all fine. In fact you can leave them there until spring. I'm assuming you just had packages left in the garage. The only way they wouldn't be fine is to have them in an air tight container in the frozen garage, and then bring them in and open them with out letting the container come to room temp.

YES I had them in a box in the packets and I brought the box in the house and under the bed. Maybe, I'll try to winter sow some of them
