I have been reading a lot and apparently it loves sun. I would really prefer part sun so that tomatoes can occupy the full sun spots, but would love to hear how others have fared with B&B in part sun.

Also, I keep reading that this is invasive. Then I read that it's not. Is it invasive? Thanks!

For us in Northern California it will grow in full sun, but seems to appreciate a bit of shade during the hottest part of the day. Good rich soil and plenty of water and regular fertilization make for a happy Anise Scented Sage.

Here in New Orleans I grow it in partial shade, eastern exposure. It does very well and is very invasive.
