Look at the top of the palm; when they are seeding you will see multiple seeds coming from what appears to be one branch; beneath the fronds. I usually see seeds in the fall. The seeds will eventually drop to the ground if the birds do not eat them. You can also look beneath the tree to see if there are any old seeds that have fallen onto the dirt or pavement. Sometimes these are viable although they should be checked for bugs. You might find seedlings near the base of the palm also.
