You got a really nice plant there. I'd suggest that you put it in its own pot, and keep it fairly dryish until it roots. I imagine (judging my the size) that it should root pretty quickly, and probably send out a pup within a year.
I find that most of my sansevieria send out pups over the winter, and they appear in the following spring or summer.

You should probably keep it in a shady location until it roots, but warmth and good air movement won't hurt the rooting process. I don't know how dry it is where you live, but low humidity will require more frequent watering to allow roots to form.

The humidty here tends to be high. I think I will pot it in its own pot and put it out in the shade. I sure hope it don't rot. It looks to cool for that.
I seen a few more sans. I had never seen before at the show, but they were not for sale.

When this plant matures the base of the plant will have an "S" pattern when viewed from directly above. I have had this plant for years and it does very well. I just wish I could keep the plants from blooming because the rosette doesn't produce any more leaves after the rosette blooms. )c:
