I assumed they would.....never yet had the opportunity to find out.....but it works on other plants. Of course the variegation has to come from teh seed parent, not the pollen parent. Also, you should have a better chance of getting variegated pods and variegated seedlings from a "striated" variegated plant.....one with random stripes of variegation throughout. A Sans with edge type variegation (like laurentii) probably won't give you variegated seedlings. I would love to see some pics if you have them!!!
