My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
I agree nckvilledudes, the smell is quite unpleasant. It bloomed this year for me and it was so HUGE, I ripped it out after hummingbirds totally ignored it. It took over most of my raised bed. Nonetheless, a very interesting plant that can be used as tea or in aromatherapy.
Pondering...who would drink something that smelled like cat pee, or for that matter, wish to treat themselves by whiffing the aroma of cat pee? Inquiring minds want to know! LOL
