I was too lazy to do much deadheading this year. If I collect a few daffodil seed pods, should I split the pod open while it is still green and juicy, or should I let it shrivel up? I've never tried it before, but what the heck. I just want to make sure that I harvest them properly. I understand that it'll take about 5 years to get daffs, but I already have a spot picked out to wath and wait.
