Maybe this sounds silly to anyone who has been collecting seeds for years. When should you leave the seeds alone? Obviously, I can't take seeds in plant nurseries. Or in nature preserves. What about city parks? Parking lots? Areas which were obviously landscaped? Please give advice on when is it okay to be a seed-snatcher and when I should leave the seeds alone?
