With leaves growing to 3 feet, yes it's probably is Sans trifasciata. I use large tomato cages to keep mine from having leaves falling over. Maybe calling out for more light.
And yes all plants love to have their leaves sprayed but be careful not to over do it. These plants are succulents after all. When they are in a hot or warm environment sprayed with warm (70 to 80) water, ok. But when weather turns cooler or in the cool house, I would tend not to.

Thanks for your response (and I note I've been misspelling the plant name). They get low to medium light -- not bright light, but they're not exhibiting phototropism.

They do pretty well in my house-- but I've learned they don't like wet feet! I'll think about providing them with some support.

I think the leaves flop from being too old and heavy. I mist my Sans daily along with my other houseplants. I've been doing it for 2 years and it doesn't seem to mind.

Hmm, but one plant isn't that old I don't think -- on that one the floppy leaf is about . . . 14 inches tall. I have 3 that size, and only one floppy leaf.

probably too little light, I've decided. Unfortunately, my house doesn't have a lot of light indoors (a plus when you live in a hot climate, but not that great for plants)

Post a picture of the Sans. in their containers in their present location. Makes it much easier to consider possibilities.

I am worst off than you in New Jersey......slightly longer and colder winters. However, I try to get my Sans outside for the summer which help them a LOT!! You just need to be careful not to sunburn them when first putting them out and get them in before frost. It helps to start them out in a shaded protected area near the house and gradually expose them to more sun. Outside they love the heat and don't mind getting drenched in rain. usually they reward you with good growth and pups by the end of the summer. Unfortunately my home is also lacking in natural light for plants but this way I can keep them happy.

Looks as though the floppy leaves are flopping toward the light-source; and, indeed, they are very far from the light. That would be my first guess, since I don't know if there's an issue with the roots/soil causing a lack of turgor in the leaves.

I'm thinking too little light. Sans can be acclimated to direct sun and I think are happier with it.
