Microphylla/greggii seed to flower

Does anyone have an estimate on the time from germination to flower on greggii and micrphylla? For the past few months I've been seeing new plants coming into bloom in various gardens and I'd like to estimate their age, since if they are older it might indicate they are winter hardy here.
