I'm no expert, but from what I remember of college biology, if your seeds are from a mix, then it's likely you will get a mix when you save and sow. However, if you faithfully save seed only from the doubles you like and rogue out any that are not double each year as quickly as possible after they bloom (to prevent pollination with other doubles), you should eventually get a seed strain that produces only doubles.
