Attractive markings on those leaves......I wonder what it is? I have a similar unknown with nice markings on a nice bluish leaf.

Getting the correct amount of water on Sans, especially in winter, could be tricky. You hear so much about overwatering, that I almost dessicated my first group of plants. "Special" plants go under lights in a room at my work. This room is not well insulated, so the heat runs constantly and the plants dry out. I need to soak those plants thoroughly like twice a week all winter. My plants at home I have to be more careful about, as dampness plus cool conditions can lead to problems. I water them only every week or two in the winter, and only on a sunny morning. Still, they look a bit stressed come Spring when I can put them outside again.
