Hi!

I saved a bunch of bee balm seeds this year. The seeds are smallish brown ovals. Im trying to think of a size comparison and am way to lazy to go find a ruler or anything. The seed head has those long tubey things sticking out, right? Same as mine,

I put the whole seed head in a baggie and kinda shook it around and massaged it. Maybe they are sort of like sesame seeds, only smaller and darker.

You can just clip off the hole head of the flower and place them in paper lunch bags to let dry. When they are dry you can just tap them against a piece of white paper and the seeds should just come out. At least thats the way i do cone flowers and black eyed susans, i don't know id they are the same.
