If you plan on growing them within the next couple years, you need only keep the packets in a place that is cool, dark, and dry. A closet in a cool room like on the north side of your home would would work perfect. If you have moisture problems, you can store them in a jar. You probably don't need a silica packet being the commercial seed was left to dry and then germination tested so it is dry enough.
