What zone jack99? I am envious. I have tried a few times to sew seeds and I have had many plants go to seed, but they have yet to germinate and grow for me. I also noted green leaves yesterday when I uncovered my gardens. In my garden the plant may or may not survive, but no it won't bloom this year. If it lasts it would bloom next year. In my garden they are more accurately thought of as annuals.

Mine rebloom if the leaves are green in the spring. Pull the brown, ugly leaves off and it should do fine. Move the babies to any space where you want another foxglove. I sprinkle seeds among my foxgloves every year and keep them going. Good luck! They are truly beautiful.

The foxgloves that are under my leaf cover are the big babies from last year, therefore they will bloom this year.

I get new tiny babies every year and I move them when they are about 1/2 or smaller to thier new location. I had read somewhere that they have long tape roots so they have to be moved early.
