Someone had sent me seeds in them once before; I thought it was a great idea! Unfortunately, I use the round bags, which don't come in envelopes...

I have been using the tea bags for about 10 years. Also I use Yogomet bags (for starting yogurt), and sometimes I get vitamin samples in small envelopes. My favorite is the tea bag container though, and most are foil lined to keep seeds fresh. Just be sure the seeds are totally dry first.

I would make sure to tape the sides as well as the flap. I recieved seeds in a trade last year that were in tea envelopes, the sides split open and seeds were leaking everywhere!
