If the plants came from the outdoors, I'd just go ahead and plant them. I transplanted a bunch last week. some looked pretty bad at first but all have perked up beautifully. remember to water them the first few days in the ground (which I didn't). I am in upstate NY, however, not CO, but still z5/6

Thanks for the advice. I pinched the leaves off as a book I had said to do that to Pulmonarias and they just produce more. I almost put them in, but the weather was not great two days ago (I woke to frost ont he grass and a very slippery deck, dog water with frozen ice). This weekend we are to get some snow and a drop in temps. I am glad that I did not plant, but I am so ready to put stuff in the ground. Our spring is very changable, snow one day and 70 plus the next. It is getting close to the time to plant...maybe Monday??

Oh, the Pulmonarias were from the greenhouse. I have had them outside all day and most nights for a week. If the temps drop though I have moved them to the shed. Right now they are out in our foggy drizzle day!

I think they really did get hit with too much sun.
