I've gotten burned once too often (not at this nursery) by people who know what plants I want better than I do. I posted about it on another forum when someone had substituted plants without asking if it was okay, and somebody said it would be like a store saying that didn't have shoes in your size, but they would sell you ones three or four sizes bigger and a different color. I'm not sure when nurseries do that if they think they know better than we do, or if they just have extras they want to get rid of, but in these days of the internet would it be so hard to send an email and ask if subs would be okay? Hope you get it fixed to your satisfaction.

I must say I had the same experience with Gorgetop. Some of the plants were what they were supposed to be, but most were not. Packaging was very good, though.
