Hi John! Occasionally I'll get the one that scrolls down with you to take some sort of a survey, if that's what you mean by bouncing up and down. They're pretty easy to cancel out, but irritating like you say. For the pop ups, my pop up blocker works wonders.

That, and the KY advertisement on the top of the main blog listings the other day threw me for a loop.

I haven't seen any of those annoying ads for a while, but the top one occasionally drops down if you accidentally scroll your mouse over it. As for the KY ad... That was kind of a shocker.
