Riased bed garden soil

I'm planning a raised bed square foot garden this year and a rather large one. I'm looking for some good overall potting soil/ soil that will support various types of veggies and herbs. I'm looking at around 200 square feet and thinking around 2 feet deep ( if that's deep enough) So I'm looking at a lot of soil and need to find something relatively cheap.
Any suggestions?
