Better Homes and Gardens has a nice plan for a 4x4 garden that looks like it could be adapted to what you want. It is called a fall garden, but everything in it can be planted in the spring, and as it is harvested can be replanted for a fall crop.

It's missing the cucumber, but you could replace the cabbage with a bush variety. Even a bush cucumber requires a small trellis, so you could trellis it with the tomatoes.

With enough research of the older posts in this forum, you can actually do just fine without it, though.
